Betty Harrison Franklin

Betty Harrison Franklin, age 89, of Lawrenceville, VA passed away peacefully on June 14, 2022 surrounded by her family. She is the daughter of the late James Henry and Mary Elizabeth Harrell Jordan and grew up in Roanoke Rapids, N.C.She is preceded in death by her husbands, Odell Harrison and James Franklin; her son, Kenny Harrison; two sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her children, Donna Reekes (Tommy), David Harrison (Tammy) and Scott Harrison (John); daughter of love, Wei-Wei Harrison; her grandchildren, Christy Crane (Kurt), Jennifer Ward, Angie Martin (TJ), Jessica Harrison (Jordan), Amber Harrison, Debra Harrison, Phylesia Harrison, Kendel Harrison, Sadie Diaz and Sam Diaz; twelve great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Betty was a member of Edgerton United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading and loved her family and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2022, at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville with interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
