Bobby Ray Roberts, Sr.

Bobby Ray Roberts, Sr., age 71, of Gasburg, VA passed away February 6, 2017. He was the son of the late Ernest Martin Roberts and Willie Collie Roberts. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Marion McNeil and Geraldine Marston; and four brothers, William E. Roberts, Carlton C. Roberts, Frank D. Roberts and Floyd A. Roberts. He is survived by his children, Tina Howerton (Roy), Bubba Roberts (Tonya), Anthony Roberts (Bronwyn), and Brian Roberts (Kimberly); six grandchildren, Alexis Howerton, Baleigh Roberts, Davis Roberts, Camden Roberts, Evan Roberts and Alaina Jane Roberts; his brother, George W. Roberts (Mary); and two sisters, Lula Hammond (J.D.) and Rebecca Corum (Neil). A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Hill Christian Church in Gasburg, VA. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the church, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill Christian Church, P.O.
