POWELL Carolyn Elizabeth Powell, age 73, of Petersburg, VA passed away January 13, 2019. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, William E. and Flora Powell and her mother, Dorothy Powell Vaughan. She is survived by her children, Kevin Powell and wife Elois, Katina Powell and Jason Powell; and her grandchildren, Kristoffer and Kirsten Powell. A private memorial service will be held.
