Clyde Wayne Gauldin, Sr.

Clyde Wayne Gauldin, Sr., age 74, of Alberta, VA passed away March 21, 2023.  He is the son of the late Charles and Beatrice Gauldin and is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Gauldin, Jr.  He is survived by his wife,  Elaine Gauldin; his children, Clyde W. Gauldin, Jr. and wife Shirley, Marsha Dobbins, Susan Chitty and husband Bill; his grandchildren, Clyde “Tripp” Gauldin, III, Chase Gauldin, Brendan Dobbins and Tony Chitty; his sisters, Rose Bishop and husband Cecil, Peggy Wells and Patsy Lucy; his sister-in-law, Lucy Gauldin; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his first great grandchild, Asher Gauldin, son of Tripp Gauldin, who is due in June. A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Kingdom Hall, 3013 Cottage Rd., Blackstone, VA  23824.
