Clifton Elliott Carpenter, age 79, of Richmond, VA, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Barnes Family Cemetery in Dolphin, VA. In lieu of flowers, the family would like you to buy a pair shoes for yourself in his honor!
