So sorry to hear about Barbara Dale. It was a beautiful write up about her. She was always so full of life and energy. As a teacher she impacted so many children’s lives. I hope she had a peaceful journey. She will continue to live through our memories and stories and tears and laughter. Sending peace and love to Tripp and Dana and Harold and the twins.
My Heart was broken to hear of this wonderful lady’s passing...., my high school History Teacher.
Ms. Leemon was always concerned about my progress, and she was always comical and said what was her mind.
Thanks Ms. “Leemon” , as many of her former students knew her as.
Fly high!!! We will meet again in another class!!!
Fond memories from 1961-1963 group hang outs on Sunday afternoons in Lawrenceville and South Hill areas. Too many from those groups have moved to the higher calling. My sincere condolences to all the family.
I also knew her as Mrs. Leemon. She was my 11th grade history teacher at BSHS. Her husband was my geography teacher. I remember Mrs. Leemon as zealous, caring, and so full of life!!! Fantastic teacher!! My condolences and prayers to her family. She will be greatly missed.
