Peggy was a sweet soul. I enjoyed working with her at Slayton & Clary the years I was there.
She and Freddie were the best folks, and such a cute couple. Condolences to the entire family, friends, and colleagues of Peggy.

Peggy was a wonderful daughter, sister, and devoted wife and mother. Her family was the center of her life. She was proud of each one of her daughters, and loved her grandchildren dearly. I will miss Peggy's sense of humor and kindness.

As children, Robbie and I would spend time with Peggy Jean and Earl during the summer. Our grandparents, Frank (Hobson) and Gertrude Abernathy, lived in Dolphin right down the road from Alvin and Jane. We also spent time with all of them at Uncle Cleveland’s cottage in Nags Head. What wonderful times we had. I’m grateful for the memories!!
