Peggy and Freddie Reekes were great parents and had a wonderful family ❤️..my condolences and thoughts and prayers go out to their children and grandchildren!
I was saddened to see Peggy's picture with her obituary, Peggy and I went to Brunswick Academy together. graduating the same year. I will always remember Peggy's smile had some fun times our senior year. also remember when her and Freddie got together. I was Susan House back then, I have been married twice now I am Susan Goffaux. My prayers I send to you all.
Peggy was a sweet soul. I enjoyed working with her at Slayton & Clary the years I was there.
She and Freddie were the best folks, and such a cute couple. Condolences to the entire family, friends, and colleagues of Peggy.
Peggy was a wonderful daughter, sister, and devoted wife and mother. Her family was the center of her life. She was proud of each one of her daughters, and loved her grandchildren dearly. I will miss Peggy's sense of humor and kindness.
Thinking of Peggy’s family and friends as we remember such a wonderful person.
I am so very sorry. Much love to her family.
As children, Robbie and I would spend time with Peggy Jean and Earl during the summer. Our grandparents, Frank (Hobson) and Gertrude Abernathy, lived in Dolphin right down the road from Alvin and Jane. We also spent time with all of them at Uncle Cleveland’s cottage in Nags Head. What wonderful times we had. I’m grateful for the memories!!
