Kirstie Amanda Rauch

Kirstie Amanda Rauch, age 44, a lifelong resident of Dinwiddie, VA, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021. She was a 1994 graduate of Dinwiddie County High School and a graduate of John Tyler Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Development. Kirstie lived a very active life. She participated in and taught dance her entire life and held a black belt in karate. Her work included Deborah School of Dance, Fort Lee Dance & Karate, several area daycare centers, and Joann Fabrics. She also loved sewing and crafts. Kirstie will be remembered most as a loving and caring person who cherished time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Michael John Rauch; a son, Aiden Leslie Rauch; her parents, Leslie and Deborah Ryan; a sister, Hollie Casey and husband, Nathan; two nieces, Madilyn and Alison Casey, as well as her “dance family” who she loved dearly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021 at St. Johns Catholic Church in Dinwiddie. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
