Martha Paschall Turner

Martha Paschall Turner, age 96, a longtime resident of South Hill, VA, and widow of Clyde M. Turner, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

Born in Palmer Springs, VA, she was the daughter of the late Leon Davis Paschall and Nannie Ethel Watkins Paschall. She was also preceded in death by all her siblings.

Mrs. Turner retired after many years as a secretary in the insurance business. She was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church and was known for making delicious homemade rolls that she shared with her family on special holidays.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Williams Funeral Home & Crematory in Lawrenceville, VA, followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery in South Hill, VA.
