Peggy Lucy Reekes

Peggy Lucy Reekes, age 72, of Lawrenceville, VA passed away January 20, 2022.She is the daughter of the late Alvin and Jane Lucy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred “Freddie” M. Reekes and her brother, Alvin Earl Lucy. She is survived by her daughters, Monica R. Morris and husband Lee, Melissa R. Rose and husband Howard and Melanie R. Newby and husband Andrew; her grandchildren, Colton and Cullen Morris, Caleb and Cameron Rose and Elizabeth Newby; her brother, Michael Lucy and wife Susan; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022 at William Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, VA. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
