Roy Kyle Finch

Roy Kyle Finch, age 94, a lifelong resident of Dolphin, VA, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edward and Louise Poarch Finch; his wife, Peggy Christopher Finch, and 14 siblings. 

He is survived by his sons, Ronnie Finch (Carolyn), Charles Finch (Rose), and Chris Finch (Mary Ridg); grandchildren, Bladen Finch, Parker Finch (McKenzie), Kirkland Finch (Destiny Siegrist), Kelly Rives (Preston), Christopher Finch (Katie Hendrixson); step-grandson, Charles Ward, Jr.; great-grandson, Finch Rives; step-great-granddaughter, Allison Ward; a brother, Taylor Finch (Julie), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, at the home of Chris Finch, 8296 Liberty Road, Dolphin, VA 23843. A graveside funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Reedy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Freeman, VA.
