Virgil Jarman Phillips

Virgil Jarman Phillips, age 80, of Brunswick County, VA passed away March 2, 2019. He is the son of the late Virgil and Harriet Phillips. He is survived by his sister, Peggy Byers and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Grace Community Fellowship, 8014 Little Low Ground Road, Emporia, VA 23847.
