Syretha Blanton Carroll

Syretha Blanton Carroll, age 80, of Valentines, VA passed away December 14, 2018. She is the daughter of the late Linwood “Buck” and Maude Lee Blanton. She is survived by her loving husband, Carlton Carroll; her daughters, Tonya C. Watson and husband Dwayne and Christy C. Allen; her grandchildren, Alana Watson, Kelsey Watson and Colby Allen; her sister, Joyce Ann Wright; and her half sisters, Kim Simmons and Betsy Wilson. She is preceded in death by her brother, Linwood Blanton, Jr. and her half sister, Paula B. Conner. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Antioch Christian Church, Elams, N.C. followed with interment at the Carroll Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to Antioch Christian Church, P.O. Box 106, Gasburg, VA 23857 or Central Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 386, Gasburg, VA 23857.
